What is harGIVES

harGIVES is a volunteer organization that provides the means and opportunity for Teammates to give back to the community utilizing engineering and technical expertise.

Founded in 2016, harGIVES (Hargrove Innovative Volunteer Engineering Services Organization), was established to fulfill the desire of Hargrove Teammates to give back using time, talent, and treasure.   Prior to this initiative, teammates often found themselves presented with situations in which a community need might be identified where engineering and technical expertise could be used to meet that need.  Launching the harGIVES organization as a 501(c)3 provided the solution for our passion for volunteerism to take on a variety of creative, hands-on projects.  harGIVES allows Teammates with various areas of expertise to come together to make a difference providing access to organizational, multi-discipline and financial resources.
